As the SAXSIM symposium will unfortunately only be offered completely free of charge to
students from 2026 onwards, there are some changes to the registration process. We kindly ask all participants,
speakers, exhibitors, and students to register using the registration form. The conference fees are as follows:
- Students (up to masters degrees): free of charge
- Program committee + Speakers: 50 €
- Regular participants: 100 €
- Exhibitor (incl. personal): 500 €
Speakers should also submit their contributions via the
easychair portal. We have compiled all the
information for speakers
here.
To help us plan the venue, catering, etc., we ask participants/students to
register until
27.02.2026.
You will receive a confirmation mail with the details you have provided. The payment
request/invoice will be sent to you separately by e-mail. Cancellation of your registration is possible until
February 27, 2026, and must be notified by
e-mail.
For participants who arrive the day before, we also offer workshops, institute tours, and a pre-conference meeting. Please indicate in the corresponding
menu item on the registration form if you would like to participate in these program items.
