W1: Body Language and Empowerment | Julia Baumeister | Scienza Berlin
In this practical workshop, participants learn the basics of presenting with a focus on body language. In a safe and sometimes humorous setting, the written and unwritten rules of communication are explained using the concept of “status in communication” and jointly reevaluated with regard to female strengths. Through practical exercises, each participant will gain a sense of their individual strengths and how they can develop their own professional presentation style without losing their authenticity.

This workshop explores how leadership is changing in the context of digitalization and which competencies leaders need in a Work 4.0 environment. Another focus is on whether and how female and male leadership styles differ—beyond stereotypes. The goal is to foster modern, reflective, and inclusive leadership.
