Overview

Dipl.-Ing. Sawsan Njeh received her degree in Electrical Engineering from National Engineering School of Sfax, Tunisia, in 2024.

She conducted her engineering thesis on Surface Electromyography (sEMG) Signals for Muscle Force Estimation, focusing on feature extraction and machine learning-based modelling for muscle assessment.

Currently, she is focusing on integrating fatigue detection into the muscle force estimation for enhanced rehabilitation strategies.

Research Interests

  • Surface electromyography (sEMG) signal analysis
  • Muscle fatigue detection and force estimation
  • Feature extraction and machine learning for bio-signal modelling
  • Signal processing and bio-signal analysis
  • Wearable sensing systems for neuromuscular assessment
