The SmartMat 2025 Conference aims to bring together researchers, scientists, and engineers working in the field of smart, bio-based, and eco-friendly functional materials to promote sustainable technological innovations. This event will serve as a multidisciplinary platform for exchanging ideas, sharing research findings, and exploring new collaborations that foster the transition toward greener and smarter material systems.

This conference is organized as part of the SUSTAIN project (Strategic Partnership for Sustainable Competencies in Sensor Technologies), a collaboration between Chemnitz University of Technology (Germany) and University of Sfax (Tunisia), supported by the DAAD.
