Institute of Chemistry
Founded in 1994 as the Institute of Chemistry, the contemporary institute originated from a former Division of Chemistry at the Department of Chemistry and Materials Engineering at Technische Universität Chemnitz. The present-day Institute of Chemistry provides
- outstanding study conditions and excellent supervision for students,
- distinguished research environment for scientists, maintaining diverse cooperation with national and international research groups as well as industrial partners
In addition, a lot of effort is taken to inspire pupils to natural sciences and chemistry. Institute of Chemistry provides internships, lab courses, lectures and organizes “Stöckhardt-Contest” to foster interest in natural sciences. For more informations, see the brochure of the institute.
