Submission Guidelines
Abstract Format
- Length: 1-page abstract
- Language: English
- File Format: PDF preferred
- Content: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Introduction/Background, Methodology, Results, Conclusions
What to Include in Your Abstract
- Title: Clear and concise title of your research
- Authors: List all contributing authors with their affiliations
- Background: Brief introduction to the research problem
- Objectives: Main goals of your research
- Methodology: Brief description of methods used
- Results: Key findings of your research
- Conclusions: Implications and significance of your work

Registration Information
Registration Fee
FREE (0 TND)
There is no registration fee for SmartMat 2025. All participants can attend the conference free of charge.

Presentation Format
All presentations will be in poster format. Accepted authors will be provided with:
- Poster board dimensions and specifications
- Presentation schedule and session details
- Guidelines for effective poster design
Publication
All accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings (Abstract Book). Selected high-quality contributions may be invited for full paper submission to special issues in partner journals.
Awards
The conference will feature a Best Poster Award to recognize outstanding research presentations. Winners will be selected by the scientific committee based on:
- Scientific quality and novelty
- Clarity of presentation
- Visual design and organization
- Relevance to conference themes
