Forschungsinteressen
In meiner Forschung setze ich mich mit Human Factors, Wearable Sensing und Sporttechnologie auseinander. Dabei konzentriere ich mich auf das Verständnis, die Gestaltung und die Evaluation von Mensch-Technik-Systemen, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Interface-Design und Human–Computer Interaction (HCI) im Sport- und Rehabilitationskontext. Ich wende implizite und explizite Methoden zur Schätzung des Nutzerzustands an, um neue Technologien und Interaktionsprototypen in virtuellen und physischen Umgebungen zu bewerten. In meiner Promotion entwickelte ich ein virtuelles Testframework für tragbare Sensornetzwerke, das die Herausforderungen kostenintensiver und zeitaufwendiger Vorstudien adressiert. Dieses Framework integriert einen digitalen Zwilling des menschlichen Oberarms, Sensorsimulationen und maschinelles Lernen für optimierungsbasierte Entscheidungen, um eine effizientere und skalierbare Entwicklung von Wearable-Sensing-Systemen zu ermöglichen.
