Qualifikationsziele:

Die Studenten verfügen über grundlegende Kenntnisse zu den wichtigsten Verfahren im Bereich der Mikrotechnologien, über Basiswissen zu Wirkprinzipien und Herstellungsverfahren von Sensoren und Aktoren und können komplexe Zusammenhänge zu Mikrosystemen und monolithischer Integration erfassen. Sie sind in der Lage, die erworbenen Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten in Laborversuchen praktisch anzuwenden.

Qualifikationsziele:

Vertiefende Kenntnisse zu speziellen Verfahren der Mikro- und Nanoelektronik grundlegende Kenntnisse zu den wichtigsten Standardtechnologien Basiswissen zu Trends und Entwicklungsrichtungen Verständnis allgemeiner Zusammenhänge zum Prozessumfeld Erlangung praxisbezogener Fertigkeiten bei Standardprozessen der Mikroelektronik im Rahmen des Praktikums.
