Research Academy
The Research Academy of Chemnitz University of Technology was founded at 15 April 2010 to enhance the quality of doctoral education at the university.
This institution shall be the central node for trans-disciplinary advice, further education and support. The Research Academy offers counselling services to doctoral students concerning administrative matters, a variety of interdisciplinary courses and information with regard to support and financing opportunities.
Trans-disciplinary events contribute to the objective to provide additional qualifications which are not only designed for enhancing the individual employability but also for ameliorating the actual framework conditions for doctoral students by offers like “Scientific Writing” or “Presenting in English”.
