Adelina Berkemeier studierte Interkulturelle Wirtschaftspsychologie an der Hochschule Hamm-Lippstadt. Anschließend absolvierte sie ihr Masterstudium in Human Factors an der TU Chemnitz. Während ihres Studiums war sie bereits als wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft an der Professur Arbeitswissenschaft und Innovationsmanagement tätig.
Als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin ist sie aktuell im Projekt „SAMSax" beschäftigt.
