Review innoTRAC 2020
The innoTRAC colloquium took place for the first time on 12th and 13th November 2020 in Chemnitz. The novel format embodied a merger of the three well-known events InnoZug Colloquium and International Symposium Plastic Slide Chains and Tribology in Conveyor Systems of the Chemnitz University of Technology as well as the International Timing Belt Symposium of the TU Dresden.
At the first colloquium, more than 100 participants from 8 countries followed an interesting and varied program with 22 specialist lectures and 8 poster presentations.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the authors and speakers who, with their numerous contributions, contributed to the success of the event and to the preparation of the conference proceedings. Special thanks also go to the employees of the professorships, who planned and organized the online event under difficult circumstances.
We look forward to welcoming you to the second edition of our conference in Chemnitz on 22nd and 23rd September 2022.
