In recent years, as part of MINOS a modular European concept for further education “Industrial Mechatronic Technician” was developed. The project shall address teachers and training facilities which want to offer new opportunities on the future job market to specialists who are without an academic degree or with a classical professional training by using purposeful and practically oriented further education in the field of Mechatronics. This concept is oriented towards an extra-occupational additional qualification and it was adapted to the various training situations of the participating seven European countries. Currently there are a total of twelve teaching modules.
For further information there is the possibility of downloading free PDF-excerpts of the teaching modules in all languages.
