Non-EU residents will almost certainly have to obtain Visa. This procedure may take days to months, and may be easy or difficult, depending on your country of origin. You may need insurances, proof of income, tickets etc when applying for a visa.

To facilitate the procedure, we can fax you a letter that you have registered for the Chemnitz FEM Symposium 2010. If you require such a letter, please tell us in the registration form. Note that we are not able to cover your expenses.
