After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice by post. Please pay these before the start of the conference.

All registrations are binding.

Cancellations are free of charge until 23^rd October 2026.
For cancellations after this date, 50% of the participation fees will be charged.
From 17^th November 2026, onwards, 100% of the fees will be due for cancellations.

To avoid cancellation fees, you have the option of registering a substitute participant. In this case, or if you are only able to attend a shortened portion of the conference, please contact the conference office.

Notes for speakers and poster exhibitors

Speech

Presentations can be given in German or English. Out of consideration for international participants, we kindly request that presentation slides be in English whenever possible. The planned presentation time is 20 minutes, followed by a discussion of approximately 5 minutes. Please try to adhere to these guidelines.

Please submit your presentation proposal by 17^th July 2026. The full version (or abridged version with slides) must be received by 30^th October 2026, to be included in the conference proceedings. Please also submit the "moderator's sheet" outlining your background so that the moderator can briefly introduce you before your presentation.

Poster presentation

In addition to the lecture program, there is an opportunity to present a scientific poster, which should also be aligned with the conference's main themes. Please submit your poster application, along with a full or short version and an image of your poster, by 30^th October 2026, to be considered in the program planning and conference proceedings.

The poster should ideally be in English and brought to the conference. If you are unable to print it yourself, we offer poster printing as a service.

Publication in the conference proceedings

All accepted papers will be published in a conference proceedings volume, either as a full paper (approx. 5 to 10 pages), as a short paper with presentation slides, or as a short paper with an image of the poster. The proceedings volume will be made available to all participants in digital form.

Publication in the innoTRAC-Journal

Scientific presentations and posters can be published open access in their full versions in the  innoTRAC Journal ISSN 2701-3693. Upon request, these contributions will undergo a peer-review process. Submissions are not required to attend the innoTRAC conference.

The full version should be 5 to 10 pages long, but there is no page limit. Color illustrations are permitted. Please use the provided document templates.

Please be sure to adhere to the deadlines for submitting the required documents for submissions with a desired peer review (30^th September 2026) and without peer review (30^th October 2026). Submissions received after these dates cannot be considered for publication in the journal.
