Decision on the acceptance of your abstract will be given on June 30, 2012.
In case of too many oral presentations we may ask to provide a poster presentation instead.
Remember that you should have your abstract ready now, since it's easier to submit immediately after registration.
First you have to state only authors and title of the talk or poster, the abstract is requested on the next page.
In the case of several authors, the talk should be registered by the author who is speaking.
We provide one overhead projector and one laptop with data projector.
In order to make the switching between consecutive talks as smooth and quick as possible, all participants who intend to use the data projector are asked to transfer their talk to a laptop supplied by the organisers, prior to their session (web-upload, USB stick, CD, or e-mail).
Preferred format is pdf - although a powerpoint viewer may be available as well.
If you send your file early in September, we may check the compatibility of your pdf-file's "specials" with our laptop.

The "Preview" button first checks whether all necessary information is provided. When any data is missing there is the opportunity to complete it.
When all data is correct you enter another page where a summary of all your input is listed again. There you actually submit (or change) your registration.
No information is submitted until you click the "Register" button on the next page.
