Projects

In addition to advice and support of the international work at Chemnitz University of Technology in general, the International Office also acquires third-party funding for own projects in a targeted manner. These projects are implemented by involving and cooperating closely with the relevant respective stakeholders at TU Chemnitz. Among the already long-lasting and extraordinarily successful projects count i.a. the cooperation with German schools abroad and German schools which award the German Language Diploma in the neighboring region within the program “Supervision Initiative German and Foreign Partner Schools (BIDS)". Currently started a very new program called "Welcome to TU Chemnitz", which addresse to refugees at Chemnitz interested in studies or already studying. As a matter of course, this represents only a small extract of the whole number and variety of projects processed by the International Office.
