The students are introduced to the enterprise logistics with the production, supply, distribution logistics as well as the disposal and transport logistics particularly from the perspective of logistics managers of well-known international enterprises. Additionally, they gain insight into the strategic management. Field-trips provide the possibility to experience and discuss logistics concepts and detail solutions. Enterprise examples are: VW Fahrzeugfertigung Mosel, Gläserne Manufaktur Dresden, BMW Werk Leipzig, Deutsche Post and other logistics service providers.
