Operational integration management
The operational integration management is part of the employer`s duty of care for employees that are longer than six weeks uninterrupted or repeadetly incapacitated for work within a year.
It applies on the basis of § 84 par. 2 SGB IX.
The operational integration management should clarify how the inability to work of an employee can be overcome, how his absence times can be reduced or rather how it is possible to prevent a new inability to work.
The operational integration management includes all measures of prevention, health promotion and rehabilitation as well as the actual integration with the aim of an optimal employment according to his abilities and skills.
It takes place exclussively with the consent and participation of the person concerned.
