Catalog & Computer workplaces
In the lateral wings of the 1st to the 3rd level, computer workplaces are at the disposal of all library users. The computers are equipped with Scientific Linux as well as common Linux programs and have internet access.
Within the lending area as well as at the lateral wings, you may find specific computer workplaces for browsing and searching within the online-catalog of the University Library.
Those places are marked by a particular pennant “Searching the catalog”.
At those computers, exclusively the online-catalog as well as the websites of the University Library are accessible.
At the lateral wings of the 1st to the 3rd level, computer workplaces are at the disposal of all library users. From here, you have access to all e-books, e-journals and databases licensed by the University Library.

Adherents of Chemnitz University of Technology register by their login provided by the University Computer Center.
External library users enter their user number and their password for their user account.
