Nutrition workshop at the IWW - Centre for Sport and Health Promotion at Chemnitz University of Technology tests new break format

A nutrition workshop was held at the IWW on 23 August 2019. Interested employees learnt interesting facts about healthy eating at work and at home from Ms Sabine Türpe, an ecotrophologist from projecDo GmbH.

The workshop was organised by the Centre for Sport and Health Promotion (ZfSG) at Chemnitz University of Technology and held together with Techniker Krankenkasse as part of the joint project „Establishing university health management at Chemnitz University of Technology“. The kick-off event for the nutrition workshop took place at the IWW. In addition to the lecture, healthy meals were prepared at various stations in a practical session and then enjoyed at a joint buffet. After the workshop, the ZfSG received a lot of positive feedback from the participants of the nutrition workshop, which will now be held again at other dates and locations.
