||Hello everyone, we are looking for a new flat mate =) The room is 20.75m² and has a nice view of the green area opposite the house. The room is well laid out (square ish) and has two walls colored in a light / lime green, so you could divide it well into a sleeping and living area. The room isn´t furnitured, so you have enough space for your personal stuff. We have 2 bathrooms, a little one with toilet and bigger one with toilet and shower.|
The other house residents are students and one family, who are all very friendly. All in all the atmosphere is really good!
The location is very convenient as everything your heart desires can be reached in 1-10 minutes: Netto, Penny, Laden Aleks (eastern european/worldwide specialties), post office, gas station, bank (Sparkasse & Deutsche Bank), 2 Döner places, baker, ReSales, Augusto (best Pizza in the world), Schauspielhaus, Lokomov, Nikola Tesla.
your way to the university (Campus):Ringbus 82: 1 min. to the bus station, 10 Min. drive by bike: 10 min., by foot: 25 min.
city center:Tram Nr. 5 from Tschaikowskistr: 3 min. to the tram station, 5 min. drive, by bike: 8 min.,by foot: 20 min.

Charges you need to pay on top of your rent. These include charges for: water, heat, electricity, waste removal, cleaning, the caretaker's fee and maintenance costs.
If you stay in our halls of residence, these costs will be included in your rent. If you choose to live in shared accommodation or your own apartment, your rent will often include an advance payment that goes towards paying for your bills. At the end of each year, you will be given a utilities and service charges invoice for the water, heating, electricity, cleaning costs, etc. that you need to pay. If you have overpaid, your landlord will reimburse you the difference, while you will need to make up the difference if you haven't paid enough.
