Virtual Safe Space: Tell us about your experiences at TU Chemnitz

We do not offer consultation hours at the moment. However, you are welcome to send a message via the online form below. If you wish, a consultation time can also be arranged in this way.

When studying in a foreign country students may face many challenges. A new university environment contains forms of teaching that are might not known before. What is a seminar or a lecture? What do lecturers expect from mew? What shall I do in a group work? The latter questions are only some examples of many questions international students can ask themselves and that need to be answered.

And even lecturers and administrative staff of the university can also meet different expectations and desires during a teaching and counselling situation that lead to intercultural challenges and raises questions.

We would like to give students and staff members of the university a space to report about their experiences. The Virtual Safe Space can be used anonymously and should help to cope better with the university environment.
