📋 How the Submission Process Works

Submit Fill in the paper details and upload your PDF. You will receive a Submission ID and set a password.

Review Your paper is assigned to reviewers. You can track the status using Track Status.

Revise (if requested) If the committee requests changes, you will be notified. Log in via Edit / Revise, review the notes, upload an updated PDF and source files, then click Submit Revision.

Acceptance & Final Submission Accepted papers proceed to a final submission stage where source files are mandatory.
