Assessment Centers (AC) are frequently used by many companies in the personnel selection process and are held in English with increasing frequency from international companies and positions with an international focus.
The aim of the workshop is to prepare you comprehensively for AC´s. The focus of this interactive workshop is to learn more about the basic elements of an Assessment Center and for you to gain practical experience through exercises and interactive discussions.  You will gain insight into your abilities and benefit from direct feedback.
As a participant, you will benefit from the experiences and feedback of a Global HR Business Partner of Continental, who is experienced in conducting Assessment Center and assessing candidates. The acquired knowledge, lessons learned, and the professional feedback during the AC training will prepare you to participate and be successful in a future Assessment Center.

  • Theory Part 1 – General Info’s / Structure and overall conditions
  • Practice Part 1 – Overview about typical methods and their background / Exercise: group exercise
  • Short Break
  • Practice Part 2 – Overview about typical methods and their background / Exercise: self-presentation, construction test
  • Theory Part 2 – Results and feedback after the AC / strength and weaknesses of the tool
