Registration

The online registration will be available starting April 2021 on our website www.tu-chemnitz.de/IMTC. Please note that all conference participants (speakers/audience, in-presence/online attendees) need to register online in order to get access to the conference.

Terms of Payment

Each participant will receive an email with payment information by email after submitting the online registration form. Payment is only possible by bank transfer after registration. Payments in cash or by card will not be accepted. In case of cancellation until 15 September 2021 (date of email receipt), the registration fee will be refunded with a deduction of 10.00 EUR. Cancellations after this date are not possible.

Please make sure to pay your registration fee in due time before the conference. If your payment is not received until 30 November 2021 access to the conference can be denied.

Conference Language

The conference will be held in English.
