Beschreibung:	Management of information is gaining rising importance in knowledge intensive projects. Feed readers are a good way to stay informed about current developments. However, only few sources provide feeds (RSS/Atom) like blogs or news portals. Especially internal enterprise information systems are not yet ready for feed distribution. This research project identifies ways to provide feeds from existing information sources. After giving an overview of basic foundations a literature evaluation combined with a market study shows possibilities for feed distribution. The project focuses on three categories: web services (i.e. dapper.net), feed servers (i.e. RSSBus) and individual solutions (i.e. using existing frameworks and libraries). Finally, the student gives a conclusion with personal thoughts about the topic and his/her opinion on the best way of enabling feed deployment. The paper can be written either in English or in German.
