The teaching concept of the chair aims at conveying orientation and capacity to act in complex situations.

These skills shall be based on a theoretical knowledge in the field of Innovation Management and related issues.

The trisection of lecture, seminar and training or projects implemented in the teaching concept lets the students being introduced step-by-step to practically relevant questions. The contents of the lecture are deepened in the seminar, including business games, and eventually applied and reflected in a training or project.

The integrative teaching concept of the chair bears fruit, since it has not only been awarded with the TheoPrax Award 2005 in the category University donated by the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft.
