The Journal of Planning provides both practitioners and academics a forum to discuss concepts and approaches of decision- and activity-oriented Business Management. Thereby a substantive focus on strategic and operational problems as well as solutions of management and controlling with business planning and control exists. It also picks up a wide range of issues from general business and specialized areas such as production, logistics, innovation management or external and internal accounting. The index of authors and the index of issues on the website of the journal provide an impression of the variety of topics published by now.
