Thema:	On optimized libraries in C++ for the linear algebra
A new library was developed in the C++ programming language, which can solve any algebraic vector-matrix expression using template techniques. In contrast to the well known C++ libraries (valarray, Blitz++,POOMA), the optimized BLAS routines are inserted in the low level of the implementation, that improve the speed of calculation.
