Mr. Partmann is a research assistant to the Chair and joined the Department in December 2009. He received his Bachelor degree in "Politics and Economics" from Westphalian Wilhelms-University Muenster in 2007 and his Master degree in "Public Policy & Management" from Potsdam University in 2009. He also serves as:
