In this new Bachelor programme there is a special option related to English. This lets you combine backgroundinformation on the development of media, for instance of newspapers in England since the 17th century, with practical skills of using media, for instance present-day English newspapers on the world-wide web.
If you want to specialize in media communication / English you need of course a sound backing in English language so thatyou can follow the developments descriptively and produce actively good examples of practical media communication. Soyou have to pass a placement test. But once you have done that you will gain full access to our teaching and researchproject on English, the world-wide language of the internet and the global language of science and technology.
We have also prepared attractive placements (internships, traineeships) for you, usually after your Zwischenprüfung.
