Assembly and Handling Technology
 
For you we develop new or adapted concepts for mechanisms, robots and handling instruments, e.g. grab applications, joining mechanisms or changing systems. We are your competent partner in the production technical field for the development and optimization of curve plates or step mechanisms, especially for assembly lines and rotary indexing tables. Furthermore we realize special structural shapes like three-dimensional mechanisms and we second your functional optimization between mechanics and electronics in the context of mechatronic drive- and control concepts.

Assembly Processes and Motion Design
 
Additional to analyses of construction and design of assembly- and disassembly tasks from a technical point of view we help you with the optimization of courses of process by courtesy of an assembly according component and basic system construction.
In the process of the motion design we are your partner for an optimal generating of drive- and guide motions and we compile mathematical basics to approximate resp. interpolate transmission functions and path curves.

Gear Design (Synthesis)
 
We look for appropriate gears for your demands, advance solution variations and estimate these, deduce motion tasks from your technological requirements and determine the transmission function. We determine the dimensions of unsteady transmitted gear for variable applications like packing machines, vehicles, handling features, sports equipment, office furniture, etc.

Dimensioning and three-dimensional Simulation
 
If you would like to get information about the gear limbs’ shape or there constructed joints to make the gear work for a long time, contact us. We use forces and moments determined by many-body simulation in the FE-programme to construct gear limbs and joints by a modern three-dimensional CAD-system.

Cam Mechanism Calculation
 
Design and calculation of cam mechanisms and cam step mechanisms to transmit unsteady motions. Design and calculation of plane guide cam mechanisms to realise arbitrary path curves and limb positions.

Motion- and Force Analysis
 
In case of problems with the transmission of motions with an unsteady transmitted gear, an increased noise, signs of wear or fractures of gears or joints, we implement a quick mathematical analysis for you. Additional to the analysis of the causes we give you advice to improve.

Optimization
 
If you would like to transmit more power with your mechanisms, enhance the accuracy or improve the motion cycle, we optimize your gear.

Software Development
 
Kinematic special programmes are cost-intensive. We prefer the development of programme-modules for commercial calculation programmes. Therefore we offer you the development of tools to design drive solutions on the basis of Mathcad (Do you already know our E-book?) or Excel.

Expertises, Trainings and Patent Rights
 
If you need an expertise or patent inquiries resp. patent evaluation in the topic of hybrid mechanisms resp. the common gear technology, you are welcome to contact us. Realisation of Experiments and Measurement Engineering
 
Construction and experimental tests of hybrid drive solutions, consisting of gears and regular servo control to realise flexible work- and guide motions. We offer you to carry out and interpret measurements (position, acceleration, deformations, forces) on the machines on the spot.
