Job Offer SHK / WHK Our work group is offering a position for a student assistant.
The duties concern the further development of LEGO Mindstorms exhibits, which will be used for public relations work (open house day) and future lectures.
It will be possible to deduce a modeling seminar problem or the topic for a graduation thesis from this work.

Projects DAAD Travel Grant Roland Herzog and Ekkehard Sachs (University of Trier) are supported by DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) in the framework of an exchange program with the group of Andy Wathen at the University of Oxford (United Kingdom).
The travel grant will be used to establish a joint research project in the area of Preconditioners in PDE-Constrained Optimization and to support young researchers in particular.
