Management
The Institute of Mechatronics is a juristic and economic independent non-profit organisation
for applied research.
It cooperates with the Chemnitz University of Technology basing on a cooperation contract and is accepted
as an "An-Institut", that means an associated institute.
The work of the institute is coordinated by a board of trustees consisting of members from science, economy and policy.
