The Press Office, in close coordination with the university´s management, forms the central contact point for the media. Team members act as personal contacts for media representatives - from the local newspaper to daily and economic press, technical press and journals through to radio and TV.
It provides a wide range of information about trends at the university, the innovative research and development activities, various courses and events on offer, as well as university policy and further matters. The news relating to Chemnitz University of Technology are presented in press releases, press discussions, press conferences, background conversations, interviews and technical papers.
The Press Office team is continuously expanding and co-ordinating its contacts to editors, journalists as well as other media representatives.
