Information Session “Career Perspectives in Saxony”

On 20^th February 2013 we had our first Career Talk at UJEP in Usti nad Labem!

The audience of around 35 students of UJEP Usti n.L. was informed about the Career Service of Chemnitz University of Technology, its mission and of course about the project the Transnational Career Service. Furthermore, the upcoming Career Days in Chemnitz in April of this year were advertised. The main presentation focused on job industries in Germany and especially Saxony, and on salaries and working conditions in Germany. Following the presentations, the audience was invited to ask individual questions in a more casual atmosphere. The high interest of the audience promises that the presentations provided an incentive for the listeners to consider working in Germany and that the first Career Talk event of the career service in Usti n.L. was successful.
